Becoming a parent is one of the most beautiful roles you can have. The fact that now you have to take care of your little bundle of joy will give you minimum time for yourself in the first couple of months after you give birth. Nevertheless, just because your primary obligations involve diaper changing, feeding and looking after your newborn, a new mommy should still find some time to dedicate to herself and feel elevated again.

I have to admit that I have been really inconsistent with my workouts during my pregnancy. By inconsistent, I mean, I haven't worked out at all.. I have now promised myself that as soon as I am able to, I will have to start my fitness routine again.
